Let’s chat about your course!
So you created this super awesome, super amazing course but now what. You’ve already tapped your email list with launch updates and the sales are minimum, to say the least…right?
We’ve all been there!
Well, we’re going to fix that and grow your email list at the same time.
STEP #1: CREATE THAT OPT-IN EVERYONE WANTS
Yeah, easier said than done. Am I right?
Well, it’s a lot easier than you think. For starters, no more lengthy opt-ins or crazy email sequences that takes them through days of training…Nope. Stop. That. Now!
This opt-in is for a cold audience. Keep is super short, simple, and to the point. This is my SST method (Short, Simple, To the point)!

So think through a checklist, or video, or 1-2 page pdf that would be valuable, actionable, and easy access. Ideally, you want them to receive this on the Thank You page after they’ve opted-in versus having to wait for your email.
STEP #2: ESTABLISH ALL THE PIXELS
Facebook Pixels come in handy for a variety of reasons. #1 is being able to track people who have visited your site, a specific page, or took a specific action. But where do you install these things? How do you install them? Heck, how do you make them?
STEP #3: RUN THESE CAMPAIGNS
THE FIRST CAMPAIGN WE’RE GOING TO RUN IS THE EASY OPT-IN CAMPAIGN. YOU WANT TO RUN THIS FOR ABOUT A WEEK OR SO.
The second campaign is the retargeting campaign. This is where those Facebook Pixels are really going to help you out. Retarget people who have visited your site, the landing page for the opt-in, and your Facebook Page.
STEP #4: WEBINAR, WORKSHOP, FREE VIDEO TRAINING, ETC.
This step is for cold or warm audiences. Essentially, you’re going to give them a little taste of your course. You can sell or not sell at the end of the training, but I always recommend selling. Even if it’s a discount or something for those that take action now.
Amy Porterfield repeats this a lot on many of her podcasts…give them the what and the why but never the how. The how is saved for your course.
But you also want to make sure you’re giving them value and things they can put into practice. I’ve taken a very popular blog post and created a webinar out of it. If you need help brainstorming, leave your question below and I’ll respond with some ideas. 🙂
STEP #5: THE COURSE LAUNCH AD
So, by now we should have a really great list and following…but what do we do with it?
Ideally, you want an email sequence that matches up with each of your Facebook Ads. This way they’re seeing you in two places which makes it (a) harder to ignore you and (b) gets them more familiar with you, your brand, and your course. People buy from people they know.
